We collect the minimum we need to help you, we never sell your info, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
When you use this site, we may collect: your name, mobile number, and email (only what you type into our forms); your quiz answers (stored on your device until you share them); and basic technical data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
To respond to your requests: your Claim Score results, consultation booking, emergency help, and follow-up messages. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Policy document uploads
If you upload a photo of your policy or declarations page during the intake, it is evaluated through the Bedrock Intelligence Matrix, which combines licensed human review and built-in safeguards with records and stored-data comparisons and cross-checks, computer intelligence programming, and other tools to evaluate, measure, review, and recommend. Document images are processed in memory and are never stored on our servers.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request: score results, appointment confirmations, document reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime; reply HELP for help.
Who sees your info
Only Bedrock Society Adjusters staff and the service providers we need to operate (for example, our texting platform and form tools). Everyone with access is bound to keep it confidential.
Your rights
Ask us anytime what we have, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it: use the chat on any page, or book a virtual consultation and ask us there.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
