Terms of Use
The short version: this site is free education and a front door to our firm. It's not legal advice, not a coverage decision, and not a promise of any outcome.
What this site is
Bedrock Claim Score™ is a property-claim assessment service developed by Bedrock Society Adjusters, a licensed Arizona public adjusting firm (AZ Public Adjuster License #8635411, Firm License #3004020123, Phoenix, AZ). The Claim Score, articles, chatbot, and other content are general information to help property owners understand the claims process.
What this site is not
Nothing here is legal advice, a coverage determination, an estimate of your claim's value, or a guarantee of any result. Only a licensed adjuster reviewing your actual policy and file can advise on your specific claim. If any content conflicts with your signed representation agreement, the agreement controls.
The Claim Score
Your Bedrock Claim Score is a diagnostic and educational device: a read on where your claim's value could be at risk and a recommendation to seek professional review. It is not an adjustment of your claim, not a settlement figure, and not a promise of additional recovery.
Estimates, Approximations, and Preliminary Assessments
Any dollar figures, damage estimates, coverage assessments, or financial projections shown on this site, including within your Claim Score report, are preliminary estimates and approximations only. They are generated by automated tools based on the information you provide and publicly available cost data. They are:
- Not a guarantee of coverage. Whether your policy covers a particular loss depends on your actual policy language, endorsements, exclusions, and the facts of your claim. Only a licensed adjuster reviewing your complete policy can advise on coverage.
- Not a guarantee of damage value. Actual repair or replacement costs depend on contractor bids, material prices at the time of repair, hidden conditions discovered during work, and other factors no automated tool can fully capture.
- Not a formal damage assessment. This is a preliminary screening tool, not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified professional. Hidden damage, structural issues, code requirements, and other critical factors require in-person expert evaluation.
- Not a settlement demand or negotiation position. Do not present these figures to your insurance company as a formal claim valuation. They are planning-grade approximations intended to help you understand whether further professional review may be warranted.
These estimates are designed as a self-help educational tool to encourage families to dig deeper, ask better questions, and seek qualified professional guidance. They are not intended to be used as the sole basis for any decision, including the decision to hire Bedrock Society Adjusters or any other firm.
We Recommend Professional Consultation
We strongly recommend that you consult with licensed professionals regarding your property damage claim, including:
- A licensed public adjuster (such as Bedrock Society Adjusters, AZ #8635411) for claim valuation and insurance negotiation
- Qualified contractors and restoration professionals for repair scoping and pricing
- Your own insurance agent or attorney for coverage questions specific to your policy
Every claim accepted for representation by Bedrock Society Adjusters is reviewed by a licensed public adjuster. The automated Claim Score is a starting point for conversation, not a substitute for professional judgment.
No Reliance
You agree not to rely solely on the estimates, scores, or assessments provided by this site in making decisions about your insurance claim, hiring of professionals, or settlement of any dispute. If there is a discrepancy between an automated estimate on this site and the professional assessment of a licensed adjuster who has reviewed your file, the licensed adjuster's assessment controls.
Communications
Contacting us through this site does not by itself create a client relationship. That begins when a representation agreement is signed. Please don't send sensitive documents until we've asked for them through secure channels.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, or misrepresent your identity.
Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version posted here applies.
