Welcome to Bedrock Society Adjusters

You just made the smartest move of your claim.

From this moment on, you're not facing the insurance company alone. Here's exactly what happens next, no surprises, no fine print.

What happens next

Your first 14 days with Bedrock

  1. Today: we notify your carrier. Your insurance company is formally told that Bedrock Society Adjusters represents you. From here on, claim communication runs through us.

  2. Days 1–3: we build your file. Photos, damage inventory, and your documents, organized into the documented file your claim will stand on.

  3. Days 3–7: scope & estimate. Our estimator builds an independent scope of the damage, line by line, defensible down to the last nail.

  4. Days 7–14: we engage the carrier's adjuster. Professional to professional, on the record. You don't take the stressful calls anymore. We do.

  5. Ongoing: milestone updates. You'll hear from us at every step. No black holes, no wondering what's happening.

Read this before anything else

Your carrier will call you. Here's exactly what to say.

This isn't paranoia. It's pattern. After property owners hire a public adjuster, carriers routinely call and suggest you don't need one, that we'll slow things down, or that they'll "take good care of you" directly. It's their job to say that. Here's your script:

"Thanks for calling. My public adjuster handles my claim now. Please direct everything to Bedrock Society Adjusters at (602) 386-3908."

That's it. Friendly. Short. Repeat as needed. Then text us right away at (602) 386-3908 and tell us they called. We want to know.

Three rules until your claim settles

  1. Don't give recorded statements without us on the line.
  2. Don't sign anything from the carrier or any contractor without sending it to us first.
  3. Don't accept any payment marked "final" until we've reviewed it.
Your part (it's easy)

Document checklist

Gather what you can, don't stress about what's missing. Organizing chaos is literally our job.

  • Your insurance policy, the declarations page is a great start; the full policy is even better.
  • Every letter & email from the insurance company so far.
  • Photos of the damage, phone photos are fine. More is more.
  • Any estimates you've already received (contractor, carrier, anyone).
  • Receipts for emergency spending: hotel, meals, board-up, anything.
  • Your claim number and your adjuster's name, if you have them.

Realistic expectations

How long will this take?

Honest answer: a full fire claim usually takes months, not weeks. Anyone promising you days is selling something. What we promise: your file moves every single week, you always know where it stands, and no dollar gets left behind because someone got tired.
